What we offer

Tutoring

Our adult and teen tutors support over 440 students in grades 1-8 each week during the school day in Santa Fe and West Las Vegas Schools and Turquoise Trail Charter school, and afterschool and weekends at our Reading Quest Center. Our programs are free for Title 1 students or offered on a sliding scale. We also partner with Native American Student Services, Adelante and the Emergency Youth Shelter.

Reading is Magic Camps

 Our three, two-week long 'Reading is Magic' summer camps are very popular and successful programs.  On average, participating students improve their reading skills by one full grade within two weeks. Campers in need of intensive, engaging summer support are referred by their teachers.

Professional Development

Our Senior Staff provide trainings for tutors, parents, teens and teachers throughout the year.  We offer workshops and coaching in Santa Fe in person, as well as online.
