​Every child has the right to learn how to read. Reading Quest provides free structured literacy tutoring & social emotional support for hundreds of striving readers.
Reading on grade-level by the end of third grade is one of the most critical milestones in education.  In Santa Fe, 68% of our school children do not read proficiently at grade level.  In the past two years the RQ program has grown exponentially to meet the increased needs as identified by teacher referrals.  It is now engaging 270 students in tutoring, and in the past year it has doubled its reach.
