Reading Quest, a Santa Fe non-profit that provides engaging, quality reading tutoring for striving readers is seeking a detail oriented Administrative Assistant for approximately 20 hours a week.
Duties include, but are not limited to; attending to our agency’s general administrative needs and providing support to the Executive team. The position involves duties such as database management, running errands, delivering books to students, taking notes at Board meetings, purchasing supplies and other general office work. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, experience with data collection, data entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality. Also required: excellent computer skills with extensive experience of Excel, Word, Zoom and Google programs. Salary depends on experience and the hours are flexible. Director of Operations
Reading Quest is an innovative, non-profit organization which provides engaging, effective reading support for children who are having trouble reading, helping them to become strong, enthusiastic readers. We seek a Director of Operations who shares a commitment to supporting literacy for all children.
This is a flexible, part time or full time position that requires someone who is dedicated to our mission, organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day finance operations includes processing timesheets, deposits, payables, reimbursements, and invoicing. Work with accountant to make sure payroll and other regular financial functions are executed in a timely manner. Support the administrative needs of the Executive Director and Director of Advancement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Organization and detail orientation. Must love spreadsheets! Verbal and written communication and attention to detail. Experience with grant management and grant reporting. Strong commitment to Reading Quest’s mission and values. Dedicated to collaboration and integrity.

Reading Quest is seeking an enthusiastic, part time reading tutor to begin in-person in the fall of 2021. This position has the potential to become full time with benefits.
We seek a Reading Specialist who truly enjoys empowering children to learn how to read using structured phonics and reading games. We are looking for kind, compassionate, dependable people who have experience working with children in grades 1-8 and who believe in the potential of every child. We seek tutors who have a growth mindset and are open to learning the Reading Quest program.
Applicants must be clear, honest communicators, organized, and focused. We especially seek bilingual tutors and people who have training in social emotional and trauma sensitive support!
